What is The Campaign, and what does it include?
- The Campaign is Titaja's Product Launch Sprint: an 8-week, fixed-price engagement at $20,000 that takes a product or feature from launch-ready to market-ready. It covers launch strategy and GTM planning, a full asset suite (landing page copy, email sequences, social media strategy, PR kit), sales enablement materials (battlecards, one-pager, demo script), in-app messaging, a pre-launch stress test, and active launch week support with a post-launch operations handoff.
Do I need to complete positioning work before starting The Campaign?
- Yes. The Campaign is built on the assumption that your positioning and messaging are already defined, either through Titaja's Strategist engagement or solid internal work. If your positioning is unclear or untested, Titaja will flag this before kickoff. Launching on weak positioning compounds the problem rather than solving it. If needed, we recommend completing The Strategist first, and the two can be bundled together at $27,500 (saving $2,500).
What does Titaja actually deliver, and what stays on our side?
- Titaja delivers copy, strategy, wireframes, scripts, and frameworks. Design, development, video production, and ad management are on your side. Every asset Titaja creates is written to a production-ready standard and handed off in formats your team can take directly to your designer or developer.
How long does the engagement take?
- The Campaign runs for 8 weeks from the agreed kickoff date. The timeline assumes your team provides timely feedback (within 2 business days per deliverable) and makes your stakeholders available for the two required checkpoint calls. If feedback is delayed, the timeline extends day-for-day. We are direct about this upfront so there are no surprises.
What is the payment structure?
- 50% is due before kickoff ($10,000) and the remaining 50% is due at the Week 4 milestone ($10,000), upon delivery of the Launch Assets Pack. If the Week 4 payment is not received within 5 business days of invoice, Titaja reserves the right to pause delivery until payment clears.
Can you handle multiple product launches at the same time?
- Not within a single Campaign engagement. The Campaign is scoped to one product or feature launch. If you have multiple launches planned, we will scope them separately and sequence them in a way that works for your roadmap and budget.
How is this different from hiring a freelance PMM for a launch?
- A freelance PMM gives you one person who may or may not have deep experience across all the surfaces a launch touches: strategy, copy, sales enablement, in-app messaging, and PR. The Campaign is a complete system with defined deliverables, fixed timelines, scope boundaries, and senior PMM expertise backed by 11 client case studies with quantified results. You also get a formal handoff with a recorded walkthrough, so the knowledge does not leave with the person.
What if we need additional assets beyond what is included?
- Anything outside the defined scope is handled through a change order, provided in writing within 24 hours of your request. Standard rates: additional landing page copy at $1,500, additional email sequences (3 to 5 emails) at $2,000, additional product one-pager at $1,000, additional revision round at $1,000. There are no surprise invoices.

What happens after the launch sprint ends?
- The Campaign concludes with a post-launch operations handoff, including a recorded walkthrough, a performance dashboard setup, and a crisis management plan. For teams that want ongoing strategic support beyond the handoff, The General (Fractional PMM Leadership at $8,000/month) keeps a Senior PMM embedded in your GTM function to apply launch learnings, guide the next cycle, and prevent positioning drift.

- Yes. The General is built for exactly this situation. Rather than running a full sprint for every launch, a fractional PMM embedded in your team provides ongoing strategic input across your launch roadmap, advises on channel sequencing and messaging, and flags gaps before they become problems. Individual launches that require full execution support can still be scoped as Campaign engagements alongside The General.
What does The General cost, and what does it include?
- The General is $8,000 per month with a 3-month minimum, moving to month-to-month after that. It includes weekly 60-minute strategy calls, a monthly GTM health assessment, attendance at planning sessions and leadership calls, and direct Slack and email access with a 4-business-hour response SLA. It covers strategic leadership only; execution deliverables are scoped separately
