Operating across the UK, Europe, and Africa, CIL serves as a critical bridge, offering cloud solutions for enterprises and technical upskilling through the CIL Academy in partnership with global giants like AWS and Microsoft.
The Friction
CIL faced a complex challenge: unifying revenue operations across multiple distinct business units while simultaneously launching a high-stakes Academy across five African nations. They needed to move from fragmented marketing efforts to a synchronized "Revenue Engine" capable of handling enterprise B2B deals and mass-market student onboarding without losing ROI.
